Our services

Whatever the sector of activity in which we operate, we provide our customers with a Material Certificate. This traceability document indicates the origin of the raw material used for a batch of parts, as well as its composition. This document is attached to all packages sent to our customers. The traceability of all the parts produced in our workshops is thus guaranteed.

In production, PERRENOUD periodically takes samples from each series of parts. The parts taken are subject to a thorough check to verify their conformity. They are measured from A to Z. If necessary, we provide the customer with the measurements at his request. This inspection report confirms the quality of manufacture and compliance with the specifications.

PERRENOUD delivers the parts directly to its Swiss customers located near the border. Packages can also be sent by poste restante in Switzerland.
In all cases, PERRENOUD's administrative department takes care of all customs formalities for its Swiss customers. For them, if necessary, we go as far as to proceed with the advance payment of VAT.
